1. I would ask the citizens for money, to show they really support the war. War bonds would be sold at all the schools and pharmacies across the county, as well as banks and other businesses. Any businesses that donate will get a banner for the battle field that says: "War sponsored by Shop n' Save. Go Barbour!!" Business ads go for small 100$, medium 300$, and large for 500$. The war bonds will pay back 2% of what they paid.
2. To build our army, we will ask for volunteers first, promising that anyone who fights will get privileges in school for students, and everyone else will get paid based on what we force Grafton to pay to surrender. We will draft all freshmen, however, because we need someone dispensable.
3. To deliver mail, we train every soldier to have a mail hawk. They get to keep the hawk afterward as an additional award for fighting.
4. I would accept Bridgeport and Buckhannon's treaties, but I would change Monangahlia's to say they only send in troops as needed.
