6-28 judges and one supreme court justice is assigned to each district. Normally 3 judge panels. They hear nation wide cases.
COURT OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE
federal trial court that only tries civil cases that arise out of the nations customs and other trade related laws. 9 judges appointed by the president and senate.
